1. No illegal or offensive sites are permitted in the WebTrafficSystems.

2. You agree to place the HTML code generated by WebTrafficSystems into your page(s) immediately.

3. The code must be on your home page or a link page which is accessible from your home page.

4. You agree to your account being terminated in the event that you remove the required banner HTML code from your site at any time.

5. The WebTrafficSystems reserves the right to delete an account and bar the member from the WebTrafficSystems for any reason. We reserve the right to alter the rules of account at any time.

6. Any member found contravening the rules of the Banner Exchange will have their account terminated. The WebTrafficSystems reserves the right to block any business, URL, Domain name or email address in this event.
